Draw Round
Each round after the initial 5-card deal where you receive additional cards. In Pineapple, you get 3 cards per draw round.

F

Fantasyland (FL)
A bonus state where you receive all 14 cards at once. Entered by setting QQ or better in the top row without fouling. While in FL, you can stay by making trips on top, full house+ in middle, or quads+ on bottom.
Foul / Mis-set
When your hands are not in ascending order (top beats middle, or middle beats bottom). Results in automatic loss of 6 points plus opponent's royalties.
Front Row / Top Row
The 3-card hand at the top of your board. Must be your weakest hand. Only possible hands: high card, pair, or trips.

H

The process of placing your cards into the three rows. In OFC, once a card is set, it cannot be moved.

Another term for foul. See "Foul."

Open Face
Refers to cards being placed face-up and visible to all players, as opposed to traditional Chinese Poker where hands are hidden.

One of the three horizontal lines on your board: top (3 cards), middle (5 cards), or bottom (5 cards).

Bonus points awarded for premium hands. For example, a flush in the bottom row earns +4 royalties. Both players collect royalties regardless of who wins the row. See Royalties Chart.

Setting
The act of placing cards on your board. Same as "hand setting."
